Our History

Shuttle Bus Plus was founded in 1992, with a single, 12-seat van transporting passengers between New York airports and several midtown hotels. Over time, our business grew and we expanded our charter offerings to include custom group tours, day trips and private shuttles for weddings, parties and other special events.

A decade later, we began providing scheduled daily shuttle services to a range of residential, corporate and non-profit clients. Our capacity has grown as well, and we now easily (and eagerly!) serve groups of almost any size.

As a family-owned business for over twenty years, Shuttle Bus Plus has become one of New York’s premier private transportation companies.

Our clients include wedding and event planners, travel agents and tour coordinators, or anyone planning a private event—along with New York’s leading names in business and residential real estate.

Our company carries $5 million in liability insurance, and our vehicles are fully licensed and regularly inspected by federal and state authorities. In addition, our licensed and professionally-trained drivers are subject to random drug and alcohol screenings, in excess of state and federal requirements.
